Getting Your Dashboard Link
Step 1: Ensure You Have Pro Unlimited
The usage dashboard is only available with a Helperbird Pro Unlimited subscription. If you're not sure about your subscription level, check your account or contact our team.
Step 2: Request Dashboard Access
If you haven't received your dashboard link yet, reach out to the Helperbird support team. We'll send you a personalized link to access your usage statistics.
Step 3: Check Your Email
Your unique dashboard link will be sent to your email address on file. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
Tip: Save this email or bookmark your dashboard link for easy access later. The link is unique to your organization and won't change.
Accessing Your Dashboard
Step 1: Open the Email
Find the email from Helperbird containing your dashboard link.
Step 2: Click the Dashboard Link
Click on the link provided in the email. This will open your personalized usage dashboard in your browser.
Step 3: View Your Statistics
Your dashboard displays real-time usage data including active users, feature usage, and trends over time. The statistics update continuously, so you always have the latest information.
