Changing your email on your Helperbird account is a straightforward process. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you log in and update your email information smoothly.
Steps to Change Your Email
1. Visit the Helperbird Manage Page
Go to the Helperbird Manage Page.
2. Login
Enter your email address & click the Login button.
3. Enter the Verification Code
Check your email for a verification code. This code is valid for 10 minutes.
4. Verify Your Email
Enter the code in the box and click Verify.
5. Access Your Dashboard
You will be redirected to the Helperbird dashboard.
6. Update Your Information
Click on Update information in your dashboard.
7. Enter Your New Email
Enter your new email address and click Save.
8. Email Updated
Your email address is now updated in the Helperbird system.
9. You will recieve an Email
We will email confirming the change.
